We all bought FS19, but we have no luck starting a multiplayer game as trying to connect to International or International 2 can't establish connection.
Unfortunately, farming simulator is not really comparibale to other games (and voice chat) in terms of bandwidth usage, since so many things are able to change in the game. However, with a 1mbit down it should still be playable, although a it might be a bit laggy, if the settings are chosen correctly.
I ran my own FS17 server and this looks to be the same.
