Go to the Compatibility tab. Under settings, check both “ Disable Fullscreen Optimizations ” and “Run this program as an administrator” options. After you’re done, click on the “Change high DPI settings” button at the end of the settings section. Disable Override DPI Scaling in God of War.
It's a safe assumption that a console as powerful as the PS4 could run the same game in 60fps as well. However, I can't find any actual frame data on YouTube. I did find a list on there called "PS4 60fps games Part 1-3" and it mentioned Shovel Knight, but no frame data like DF's. I've played it today and it feels like a locked 30fps or 60fps.

Thanks for telling me. I'll probably wait too if it looks blurry. I'd have thought the upscalling would be great but clearly not. I have the blurry/grainy issue in quite a few lower res games and my 4k TV has one of the best upscallers on the market.
