How easy is GTA IV to mod (specifically the Complete Edition)? Currently trying to install a simple native trainer into the game witch i had done in the past. but once Steam upgraded me to the complete edition none of the mods i had been using seem to work. even just installing (trying to install) a trainer the game will refuse to open at all
